Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All garments are custom-made and require time for tailoring and quality control before shipping.

• Standard production time: 5–7 business days after order confirmation.

• Rush orders may be available upon request (additional fee may apply).

Shipping Time

• Domestic (Vietnam): 1–3 business days after completion.

• International: 7–14 business days depending on destination and courier.
  We will send you a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Free shipping may be offered for certain promotions or order values — please check the product page or announcements for details.

Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local authorities.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately — we will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement if applicable.
