Return & Refund Policy

Because each garment is custom-made to your measurements and preferences, we do not offer returns or refunds once the tailoring process has started.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If your order arrives with any fitting or workmanship issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Our team will review the issue and provide free adjustments or alterations if applicable.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or after the 7-day period.

• Shipping fees for sending the product back for alteration (if any) are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was made incorrectly by us.

• Any alterations must be requested and approved in advance.
